Yeezy slides vs Birkenstocks, which is more comfortable? And why is one better than the other?
Yeezy slides or Birkenstocks? In 2024, Adidas sold $1.7 billion worth of Yeezy slides, which is $100 million more than Birkenstock’s $1.6 billion. We started the journey of figuring out if people like Yeezy slides or Birkenstocks more by asking 7th-grade student Montana Reynolds. He said, “Yeezy slides are more comfortable, and Birkenstocks are too hard.” He also said, “Yeezy slides feel like you’re walking on a cloud.” 8th-grade student Eli Malloy remarked, “I would rather have my Birks if I were at the beach, but for every day walking around, I would rather have my Yeezy slides because they are more comfortable.” The Yeezy slides are so comfortable because the tread on the bottom adds comfort by allowing more compression as you walk. Story continues below advertisement 8th grader Henry Compton notes that Birkenstocks are “very comfortable,” and he prefers them over the Yeezy slides because they are “much more comfortable on the interior.” The shock-absorbing and highly flexible cork and latex core supports and relieves pressure on the feet. The natural materials insulate your feet, keeping a nice warm foot climate. In summary, We have noticed that most people would prefer Yeezy slides over Birkenstocks, though, both are very comfortable, you can do more in Yeezy slides than you can in Birkenstocks, Still, most people we interviewed only preferred one or the other for different occasions. |
