Music can be helpful in many ways. Music can reduce your anxiety and lower your blood pressure and pain. According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, sleep can “improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory.”

Some of the most popular songs are Million Dollar Baby, Wild Flower, Birds of a Feather, and Heather. “The first song I had in my playlist was Heather by Conan Grey,” said 7th grader Casey Reeder. 7th grader Kurwa Wakilongo said, “The songs that are on my playlist are songs from Drake and SZA.
People listen to their playlists because of their moods, homework, or to study. “They also listen to their playlists because music from their playlists can help them with their problems. 7th grader Liam Lowe said, “Whenever I go outside to play sports, it helps me focus more to play better.” 7th grader Casey Reeder said, “The songs on my playlist are Olivia Rodrigo, Conan Grey, and Billie Eilish. My playlist makes me sad in a certain way.”
