Drake’s is a restaurant coming to Bowling Green for expansion in the spring of 2025 after four long years. The restaurant is set to open this spring and will serve Drake’s Yum Yum Mini Burgers, which are loaded with American cheese, sautéed mushrooms, onions, and Drake’s yum-yum sauce on warm butter-toasted buns.

After waiting for four years, Drake’s restaurant is finally coming to Bowling Green. This spring, you can eat at this restaurant and take the whole family. We interviewed Dwight Holder, a middle school teacher. Dwight states he isn’t familiar with Drake’s Restaurant. Dwight thinks that they have “Great seafood.” based on the menu, he shared, “I will have to check it out; it is something different in Bowling Green.”

We also interviewed middle school teacher Amelia Cook. Cook stated that she thinks people in Bowling Green would love to eat at Drakes. “Since Drake’s has a variety of food, burgers, and sushi, it will be a great family place”. She “loves the loaded tots as well as the quesadilla” and thinks that all the prices are nothing over $20. Cook recommends, “Everybody should go try Drake’s out and get loaded tots”.

7th grader Montana Reynolds, who remarked his opinions on the chicken tenders and fries meal from Drake’s, “The first thing I ate was the steak, but the chicken tasted better; I would recommend going to Drake’s and getting the steak too.”

In summary, Drakes is something new coming to Bowling Green that offers a wide variety of food to enjoy!
